Question : urine comes out white with litthe chunks

Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

White urine with chunks could be semen or prostatic fluid occurs due to retrograde ejaculation where semen goes into the urinary bladder rather than coming out of the penis during ejaculation.

It can also be due to urinary tract infection or some kidney issue or parasitic infestation.

So,you should go for urine examination for routine microscopy to rule out infection or parasitic infestations.

Also,let me know about you

1) Do you have any other symptoms like fever or pain in the abdomen or burning sensation while passing urine?

2) Do you have any prostate issue or have undergone prostate surgery?

3) Are you taking any medications for any other concurrent illness?
