Question : My littke girl was sick on tuesday we tjought it was a 24 hour bug and would pass the next day she had dirra and then it had all cleared up untill today where she had a white stool and then tonight she was sicknagain

Sometimes a viral infection can last up to 7 days. It has only been a few days since she got sick, so it may take some time for her to get better. White stool is not necessarily a bad thing, or something to be very concerned about. If her temperature goes higher than 38.3 C (101 F), I would take her to the hospital. Otherwise she should see her primary care doctor within 48 hours.
