Question: hello doctor...my wife has got white spots all over her face ...kindly check the attached image...n guide me abt the same

-The duration since these spots are present? Are they increasing in size or number?
-Are there any such patches elsewhere on the body?

I will suggest a topical Immunomodulatior e.g Tacrolimus 0.03% ointment, twice daily, to be rubbed in gently.

they are on her face only...ie on chin..chicks and forehead, they are there since almost 2 months n increasing in size

Ok. My possibilities are either Pre-Vitiligo Or Pityriasis XXXXXXX
I suggest a Topical Immunomodulator e.g Tacrolimus 0.03% ointment, twice daily, to be rubbed in gently. It is a prescription drug.
The spots might take 2-3 months to improve.
I suggest you need to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as for the needful.
