Is Swimming Safe When Suffering From Pityriasis Rosea?

i have pityriasis rosea for about 4months and now the spots are purple iam a light brown person will my skin tone ever go back to normal can i go swimming in a indoor pool how much longer will this last on my body sorry cant pay for answer thats why i came here
