Question: My pre cum Ozzie get from my penis is yellow/ green in color. It only happens in the am when I wake up erect. It does not hurt or burn when I pee. What is it?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that your pre cum is yellowish green in color especially in the morning could be due to infection and needs to be confirmed .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Swab test of urethral discharge and culture .

In the mean while take antibiotic like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

The chances of it being a STD can be considered if you had unprotected sex with unknown woman in recent past .

This can be detected by a swab test and culture of a urethral discharge till then practice safe and protected sex with your wife and continue taking medications suggested .
