Question : My left eye "vibrates" when I am focussing on close objects. I end up closing that eye to work on compeer screens.
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
You probably suffer from tics or computer vision syndrome.
I would advice you to take break every few minutes to focus at a distant object and then continue watching computer screen.
Eye strain needs to be relieved. You can try blinking every few minutes too, that would keep the eye muscles from getting strained which results in twitching.
Good sleep and plenty of liquids would help too.
