What Could Be The Reasons For Having Involuntary Movements In Chest, Arms,shoulders, Mouth And Head?

I have iinvoluntary movements in my chest, arms,shoulders, mouth and once in awhile in my head. I don't have them when I am walking.
I have them when I sit down to watch t.v and when I go to bed before I fall asleep. I don't have them
in my sleep,

Hi there.
Involuntary movements of this nature are most likely to be Tics.
If they happen once in a while then there is nothing active that needs to be done.
But if they do start occurring frequently then you need to get Neurologist consultation.
You might want to get your electrolyte blood test done the next time you have such an episode and get it evaluated.
