What Causes Pulling Sensation In The Neck With Face Twitching?

Male,25 yrs old. 8 years ago I was diagnosed with OCD and Borderline Personality Disorder (or bipolar, m not sure).I was on tegretol(800mg/day), clonazepam and flouxetine (60 mg). Tegretol and clonazepam were stopped 2 yrs ago and fluoxetine 6 moths back. My current complaint is I have been feelng a weird pulling sensation around neck past 8 years.Its not pain but my subtle sensation that draws my attention. it makes me restless, agitated and anxious. To counteract the pain, I started jerking my neck which gives a temporary relief but the urge trio jerk returns within few min. A neuro diagnoised it as tic disorder which was not accepted by my psychiatrist. I rotate my neck to extreme position to jerk and get relief......its something like ocd but not exactly.I also have twitching in my face but they don t harm me much.... I also urinate frequently past few years....     I am very confused about the condition
