Question : Hi , I was given an hcg injection on Sunday 6pm and I was called for an ultrasound on Tuesday morning, but my follicle didn't rupture till 11:30 am on Tuesday, the doctor was not very glad about the result, what can be the cause

You have not mentioned what all medicines you have taken from day 1 of your periods. Were you on any hormonal injections or clomifene tablets?
what was the size of follicle before hcg injection? how many follicles were there ?
