Brief Answer:
Past bleeding ulcer/stomach carcinoma/metastatic melanoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

I'd like to have a copy of the endoscopy to read the report myself before giving final conclusion.

The only thing that I suspect from your saying is possible:
- past bleeding ulcer that is not bleeding anymore
- possible stomach carcinoma
- or metastatic melanoma

Check her skin too for any malignant changes.

God bless!
