What Do Clusters On White Spots On Penis Foreskin Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor, Recently I have noticed small cluster of white growth on the foreskin of my penis. When the foreskin was itchy that is when I noticed this growth. Couple of times earlier this had come and small blisters were there which stayed for few days and on regular washing with Dettol handwash it would go. I have noticed that this specifically happens after I have used public toilets. Not sure if I need to be worried about this. I have applied Candid B cream for the moment and the itchiness is not there. Please suggest.
Brief Answer:
fordyce spots
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is a normal thing.
These clusters are enlarged sebaceous glands called as fordyce spots.
There is nothing to worry.
Itching might be due to fungal infection which may be associated with these glands.
Keep applying candid cream for 15 days.
This will help you.
The white dots might remain same but there is nothing to worry regarding these.

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
These don't become blister or bruise.
That means you are developing some infection.
Please send me a picture if you develop any blister next time.
This will help me in diagnosis.
For now you can have unprotected sex but when fresh lesions are there it's better to avoid.
Fungal infections are common in genital area so it's better to continue with candid for 15 days.
let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
