Question : My wife is pregnant and its 4th week. She has lots of cramping and abdominal pain. Also has some brown spotting. is this normal or need rush to doctor

Cramping is common in early pregnancy, however spotting is not.
Spotting in early pregnancy can be due to miscarriage, subchorionic haemorrhage or ectopic pregnancy.
Exact diagnosis can be made by proper examination and ultrasound.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
