Question : Hi Doctor,

I had oral sex with my girl friend and got itchy red blisters. this is the third time I am getting this and I get this if I be with her.

Either candidiasis or herpes infection

According to your complaints there are 2 possibilities: either candidiasis which is a fungal infection or herpes which is a viral infection.
Both can be transmitted sexually. Since you are developing these blisters after sexual contact it seems you are contracting the infection from your girl friend.
I would recommend you to go for protected sex and ask your partner regarding past or recent history of blisters or yeast infection.

Potassium hydroxide examination for fungal & ELISA for herpes

You can go for potassium hydroxide examination of the scraping to rule out candidiasis and for herpes go for ELISA : HSV I IgG and IgM and HSV 2 IgG and IgM.
