Brief Answer:
Two problems Gastritis and diabetic gastroperisis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.
I would take your problems pne by one-

Diabetes can damage the vagus nerve if blood glucose levels remain high over a long period of time. High blood glucose causes chemical changes in nerves and damages the blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients to the nerves. If food stays too long in the stomach, it can cause problems like bacterial overgrowth because the food has fermented causing bloating belching and gas.
Therefore, improving blood sugar control may actually improve the emptying of the stomach and perhaps even reverse autonomic nerve damage. Furthermore, good control over blood sugar levels prevents the complications of diabetes like gastroperesis.
Fasting blood sugar should be less then 100 and post prandial should be less then 126 mg/dl.
High fat foods take longer to digest and can increase symptoms from slowed digestion. Fiber can be difficult to digest and it may be possible that the undigested fiber can form solid mass of undigested food that gets stuck in the digestive tract (or gut) causing a blockage.

Deranged liver functions-

Life style and food habits should be changed.
Some food plans are=
-Whole grains are very beneficial to consume. These can be in the form of XXXXXXX whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your fooding pattern.
-Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver problem. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest. When on recovery diet follow a high carbohydrate diet,Fat contents of diet should be very low. However Olive oil, canola oil and flaxseed oil are all healthy fats that are recommended as part of a diet for patients.
-Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with lean meats, beans, eggs and soy products can also be a part of a healthy liver diet.

Now lets move on to
Foods to Avoid
-Processed food items
-Hydrogenated oils
-Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Acidity and acid reflux
To prevent the acid formed inside stomach to reflux back into esophagus-I would suggest you to take Rabeprazole add Levosulpiride. Itis a combination of acid inhibitor with prokinetic drug and is very effective in controlling reflux of acid back into esophagus.A better way is to take Rabeprazole early in morning empty stomach for 21 days.

Hope i was helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Fasting blood sugar is high you are a diabetic.Start taking tab Metformin 500 mg once daily 5 minutes before breakfast.

Mild fatty liver is common in people above age of 30 especially females.Nothing much to be done just try to limit fat intake in food.

Few yeast cells in urine can be suggestive of urinary tract infection.Very common in diabetic patients.Once sugar would be controlled these parameters would return to normal.
As per liver enzymes are concerned unless they are elevated 3 times the normal they have no significance. You can take sylimarin tablet once daily,Its a liver rejenuvator.

Hope i was helpful
