Brief Answer:
Lead neuropathy has been confirmed in tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

I have noted your detailed symptoms and noted the investigation reports uploaded. It is unfortunate that despite seeing so many doctors and doing a number of investigations, a final diagnosis has not been made.

Your lead levels in blood are high twice. Nerve conduction studies have shown features of polyradiculopathy. These features are consistent with a diagnosis of lead neuropathy. You can read more about this condition at the following link:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lead_poisoning

Treatment involves chelation therapy with medicines such as succimer, dimercaprol, EDTA, or d-penicillamine.

Also, there is mild disc disease in lumbar region (lower back), which needs physiotherapy.

Regarding MS, I need to see the reports of MRI brain and MRI cervical spine, if they have been done, as it is fairly easy to diagnose MS on MRI.

Best wishes,

Sir thank you for your valuable advice.

Sir can we relate or can this episodes happen due to Lead poisoning.
Sudden Episodes with:
1. Numbness - cannot move all four limbs
2. I cannot speak properly
3. Sometimes blurred vision
4. I cannot open eyes, jaw
5. Severe back pain
6. Breathing problem
(this happen ONLY with sudden physical movements)

Sir brain mri was done but i do not have the report only images, as per doctors there is no lesion.
I have attached few others mri reports.

Once again Thank You Sir.
Please confirm if above said situations can happen because of lead poisoning.

Brief Answer:
Lack of lesions have excluded MS.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with more information.

Lack of any lesions on MRI rules out MS.

Yes, most of these symptoms can be explained on the basis of lead neuropathy. Back pain is caused due to disc disease and would require physiotherapy.

Breathing problem may need an evaluation by a general physician if troublesome.

Best wishes,
