Brief Answer:
The parameters mentioned can be interpreted when complete report is studied

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

High levels of WCC (white cell count), metamyelocyte and metamyelocyte can occur in infection or malignancy.
Complete blood report needs to be known to interpret these variables.
High MCV can be assessed if RBC count, hemoglobin level, MCH, MCHC and RDW are known.
Low level of protein can occur in various conditions like protein loosing enteropathy, any chronic illness etc.
High GGT can occur in liver diseases but status of other liver function tests need to be known for knowing its significance.
However, the complete lab report along with clinical features need to be mentioned for interpretation the reports.

Thanks and take care
