Question : Hello Doctor, Today is my wife's second day of period and she had done - FSH/LH tests. Here are the results.
FSH: 8.11 mIU/ml
LH: 8.59 mIU/ml

Her age is 31 now and would like to know the feedback on the results. My semen analysis is already done and it is good as per the Doctor whom we are contacting.

Hi,

I understand your concerns about infertility.

Your wife's reports are absolutely normal. Next step would be to get HSG ( hysterosalpingogram) test done to identify patency of fallopian tubes.

I suggest you see fertility specialist preferably in an IVF centre and request for IUI ( intrauterine insemination) procedure if fallopian tubes are patent.

Considering her age IUI seems to be next best step.
