Question : I have been nauseated. My skin has turned yellowish- all over. My urine is dark (I've been drinking clear fluids) - what could be my issue?

Hi and thank you for asking!
You are reporting to have yellowish skin and dark urinte.
These signs are suggestive for:
- hepatitis
- obstructive jaundice from different issues of liver pancreas and gallbladder.
This is why I would suggest you to go imediately at your physician or at ER.
You need to be evaluated with :
- abdominal ultrasound
- blood work
- bilirubine level plus liver transaminases.
