Question : I suffer from extreme night sweats and nausea daily. I've also lost 8+% of my body weight in the last 6 months. I'm female and weigh 187 presently 5'10 and in extremely good physical condition as I work out daily. I have had a Ct of my torso which showed nothing.

Dear Ma'am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns,

But please note, these symptoms can be due to a number of causes, the most common of which are:

1) hyperthyroidism which can be accompanied with hot skin and shaky hands. it can be diagnosed by a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4, and TSH...

2) tuberculosis which should be accompanied with cough, bloody sputum and weakness... This can be diagnosed by a breath test and X-ray chest ...

3) certain blood disorders like leukemia which can be accompanied by swollen lymph nodes, enlarged spleen, fever and joint pain... This can be diagnosed by a CBC test to detect blast cells.
