Question : Cluster of brown spots on penis. It seems like these appeared overnight. They are not raised and are not itchy or anything, I don't notice them unless I look.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be either melanotic macules or seborrhoeic keratosis.
Both are benign conditions of the skin and no need to worry.
