Question : My boyfriend has bad leg cramps at night and they only happen at night. They wake him up out of his sleep. They take a while to ease up. I have to give him advil to help. Its getting where it happens every night. Can you help me find a way i can help him?

Get fasting blood sugar level checked and send me the report.

Some times diabetes causes all this.

Till then have tab. levocarnitine.

Include fresh fruits in diet.

Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Do morning walk.

Apply hot packs.
