                                            Question : I had mohs surgery 4 weeks ago for a small bcc. Its still really raised at the incision site. I had internal stitches hut im worried about it

4 weeks is when some stitches start to dissolve. It may take up to 3 months. During that time, it may look rised. Its pretty common.
I suggest you to use scar gel, massage the scar and give it some time. It should become even.
