Question : I had mohs surgery 4 weeks ago for a small bcc. Its still really raised at the incision site. I had internal stitches hut im worried about it
Brief Answer:
Just give it some time.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
4 weeks is when some stitches start to dissolve. It may take up to 3 months. During that time, it may look rised. Its pretty common.
I suggest you to use scar gel, massage the scar and give it some time. It should become even.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
