imhave red rashes on head of penis from couple of days
i am married and 35 yr old
having no pain but little etching there

Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Though the photo is not clear or focused. It appears to be due to fungal infection.
Please clean the area with warm water twice daily.
I would have suggested topical anti fungal cream like clotrimazole lotion and oral flucanazole 150 mg tablet weekly once which is a prescribed medication.
Check whether partner is having similar lesions or white discharge. treat her also.
You can avoid intercourse or use condoms.

yes , my partner having etching sensation from week but no white discharge, even i also have mild etching but not painnig at all. should i take oral madicine or local application is good enough

would you plz suggest the dose of local application in a day and also for oral medication, how many days and how much tablets should i take if required?

Thank you for query.

I would have suggested clotrimazole lotion like candid lotion twice daily application. After cleaning area with warm water .
Oral flucanazole like tab. zocon 150mg weekly once for 4 weeks.
Take both treatment simultaneously. As these are prescribed medicines, you need to see a local doctor for prescription.
Keep area dry.
Moisture increases recurrence of fungal infection
Avoid inter course or use condoms
