Question : I just recieved oral sex from a women i dont know. Now theres a red spot on the head of my penis. Its mot bleeding and i washed it with soap

Sounds like an abrasion or bite mark that could've occurred. You did the right thing by washing it with soap and water. You should find out as much as possible about the woman's sexual & medical history. Given your concern I would recommend a full STD workup. Be certain that future activities of this sort only occur with partners whose backgrounds & statuses are well known.

                                    Brief Answer:
No guarantees on something like this but low probability of severe issues
Detailed Answer:
I wish I could give you guarantees on things like that but I'm sure you can appreciate the fact that there's always a chance of a problem.
However, you can be sure of a couple of things:
1. You can't get Rabies from this person (no kidding....)
2. You will know your partner's backgrounds in the future, will you not...before allowing them to have sexual relations with you?
As I previously told you and I believe other physicians have told you get a full STD profile done AND find out everything you can about this woman. Or is that not possible at this point? Just keep the area of the abrasion or bite mark clean for the next several days by using soap and warm water. If the area becomes inflamed or expresses any fluid/pus etc. then, immediately seek out medical attention.
Be well. You are more than welcome to get your results and post them here if you have any questions for me.
If I've answered your questions sufficiently would you please do me the favor of providing a STAR RATING and some brief written feedback. In addition, CLOSING THE QUERY on your end will also be most appreciated if no additional questions are on your mind.
Here is my webpage you can use to let me know how you're doing: bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi
This query required 16 minutes of physician specific time to read, research, and compile the return envoy to the patient.
