There not itchy
They don't hurt or burn
No fever
No oral lesions
I've had this for about a year but more and more are popping up

It can then be subcutaneous hemorrhages or melanomas.
A skin biopsy will confirm the diagnosis.
Consult a dermatologist for proper examination and investigations.
