Brief Answer:
Seems to be Viral.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
XXXXX your reports are absolutely normal. There is no evidence of infection in your reports.
A very important thing I must Mention is that since you belong to XXXXXXX we are getting a large number of patients who are Dengue positive.
Your platelet counts are on the lower limit of normal range. So we need to keep Dengue under consideration.
These days in XXXXXXX we are also getting high grade fever which is simply viral and is taking 5-7 days for recovery.
You should not take Combiflam for the purpose of fever as it may affect your platelet counts.
Take Paracetamol only.
I suppose you should wait for 2 days more for the fever to go.
If it doesn't respond, we will re test your platelet counts as well as other tests for typhoid and Dengue.
Visit a good Physician and share my opinion with him.
You may also visit me at my clinic at G-8, Ajnara market, Main road, Rajnagar Ext, XXXXXXX
Feel free to ask me if you have any further query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
