What Do These Calcium, Vitamin D And TSH Levels Indicate?

Question: My calcium 10.4 H
My TSH 1.26
Absolute Neurophils 8,313
Vitamin D 19
Can you explain how all this is connected to what ?
I do have Multiple Sclerosis and my father has Sarcoidosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Normal calcium blood level are between 8.5 and 10.2 mg/dL.Your calcium level is 10.4 and it is marginally high.It is not concerning.

Normal neutrophil count is 1500 to 8000 cells/cu mm.Your value is 8313/cu mm.It is mildly increased.It is generally increased in infection.It need clinical correlation.

TSH level is within normal limit.

Vitamin D level is towards lower side.You may need vitamin D supplementation.
You should expose yourself to sunlight at least for 10 mins daily.

Findings are not serious.

You may need X-ray of lumbo-scaral spine AP/Lateral view.It is important to screen lumbar spine for backache.
MRI of L/S spine can be done if needed.

Besides clinical correlation,you may also need few more investigations like routine hemogram,liver function test,renal function test,random blood sugar,lipid profile,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME.These investigations will guide treatment.
Urine RE/ME and ultrasound are important to exclude any renal problem.

I aso have 2 dislocated bulging disks and am ver nauseated and headaches having hot flashes and chills and bones ache and have gained allot of weight while working out and eating healthy

Backache may be related to bulged disc and low vitamin D level.

It is also important to rule out infection as you have raised neutrophil count,chill and bodyache.
Your findings doesn't support hypocalcemia as calcium level is normal.
You can take paracetamol tablet for headache.
If findings persists then you may need proper clinical examination.
