Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation should provide relief.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

The Chest CT scan indicates pneumonic changes which could be caused due to a lower respiratory tract infection. Treatment with antibiotics would be advisable.

The CT Sinus indicates acute on chronic sinusitis which is likely to be due to upper respiratory tract infection. Steam inhalation should help. Water in form of vapor will reach deep inside and would help in the opening up of the mucus plugs that could be blocking the outlet of the sinuses. You also need to take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily.

Hopefully that would help.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
