Brief Answer:
respiratory tract infection?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although your description is not very detailed, your symptoms raise concerns for respiratory tract infection (pneumonia). I'll provide a more detailed description of a couple of potential diagnoses, so please check if any of them suits your case.
- lobar pneumonia: usually high fever with rigor, sometimes there's pain on the involved lung which gets worse with deep breaths. Headache is not an uncommon symptom in such a case. The blood pressure elevation is irrelevant but it may have to do with pain.
- pulmonary embolism: low grade fever is possible. In peripheral embolism there might be pleuritic pain. Headache is uncommon. Blood pressure elevation is not common either. The pulse rate is higher than usual and there could be shortness of breath.

I've include only the serious scenarios. Benign causes like a muscle sprain/strain which coincided with a viral febrile disease are also possible. If you do experience pain when taking deep breaths, immediate clinical assessment is advised.

Kind Regards!
