Brief Answer:
plenty of fluids

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Do you have fever or abdominal pain? if yes, then you will need an antibiotic for a few days. I would also advise to get a urine test and creatinine test.
I would advise you to drink plenty of fluids.

There is a 80% chance that you will pass the stone spontaneously through the urine.

I would advise to repeat an ultrasound after about 2 to 3 weeks.

Hope this helps
