Question : My PSA test after prostate surgery 11/2011 was negligible. Last week it was 0.054. What does this mean? YYYY@YYYY Thanks.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone surgery of Radical Protatectomy for cancer of prostate in 2011 and your PSA levels were negligible after surgery .
Your recent PSA level is 0.054 ng.
I would like to state that PSA of 0.054ng is absolutely normal and should be considered to be as good as negligible.
