Brief Answer:
fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It appears to be a fungal rash or ring worm as commonly known. It would be referred to as tinea coporis .

These have a typical ring or circular appearance with the edge slightly elevated.

Ring worm would be treated topical antifungal creams. Examples are ketoconazole, lamisil, canesten.

You may be able to obtain from your local pharmacy. In some cases it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for the rash to completely resolve.

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
