Question : Yes. My granddaughter is 4 weeks old. The top of her nose has an inward crease almost like a fold under her brow. Is that something to be concerned about ?

Crease like fold under the nose can occur if skin fold is present inside nose.

If there are no symptoms like noisy breathing, sneezing episodes or respiratory distress then you don't have to worry.

If she has any of above symptoms then you should get the child examined by an ENT Specialist doctor.
