Question : Hello Doctor, I hv undergone a master health checkup recently and found out that the Tmt showed mild positive for exercise induced ischemia. And my triglycerides level is 303. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetic. I m 31 year old female.. Pls help me.. I m worried.. From past few years I was undergoing lot of pressure at work and home.. Was depressed as well.. Now I quit my job... I'm going for free style dance 30mins.. Can I go for jogging as well?? I hv bronchitis as well. So sometimes I can't breath properly..
