Question : I have a skin rash on my shin of my left leg that is growing in size and is red, itchy and sometimes starts out as a little dot that starts itching so it spreads. I also have other areas of my legs that have the same itchy, bumpy rash but a lot smaller. I have changed bath soaps and laundry soaps but I still itch. I don't know what to do.
