                                            Question : I have a small red bump on the base of my penis, i dont have any itches, it might be because of heat, kindly suggest me the oilment to cure it.

Is there any pus in the lesion?
Did you ever get such lesion in past ?
Are you on any medication for the same.

                                    No Pain it is like normal lesion, white color water is covered on the reddish small lesion, nothing in the past, no medication, it is not on the tip of the penis,bottom side of the penis,could it be because of bacteria infection, i am married, is this because  after the intercourse.i can attach the image later.

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
The lesions seems to be a follicle infection. If there is pus building up then do break it with sterile needle and apply BACTROBAN ointment over it.
Do not bandage the wound. Daily try to express the pus from the lesion. With this the lesion will heal in  a day or two.
