What Does A White Lesion In Uretral Opening Indicate?

Question: I have a white lesion just inside the opening of my urethra. Only reason I noticed it is the urination stream I disrupted. No pain to speak of, no discharge or anything like that. I am a male.
Brief Answer:
Urologist consult is necessary.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
White lesion inside the urethra and disrupted urine stream are most likely caused by some post inflammation scar. This is more possible if you have had inflammation of this area before or itching, burning of this area from time to time.
In such case it is necessary to determine how advanced are these changes and if it does not cause any urine retention in the bladder - what can lead to recurring infections.
The best you can do is to consult urologist. Cystoscopy might be necessary.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Haven't had any inflammation that I'm aware of previously. When I say disrupted stream, I mean instead of a stream, it comes out a lot wider and more of a spray.
Brief Answer:
I stand by my previous instructions.
Detailed Answer:
Some inflammation can be unnoticeable as it may give no symptoms at all. Your stream change (even if it gets wider and pray like) still need some diagnostics. Please consult urologist anyways.
