Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
been operated for mostly for adhesion between frenulum and glans penis and getting the scar injured repeatedly .
Ideally it needs to examine you in person to make any comment .
However based on the facts that you have posted I would advise you to get circumcised .
It is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure .
Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to write if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you .

                                    Hi,
Thanks for your reply..
The scar is just below the glans, and across the underside of it.. Isn't there a risk of even more brittle scar tissue if I get circumcised, and what will that do to my sensitivity and enjoyment when it comes to sex?
Thanks

It will not affect your sexual enjoyment,
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.The scar that results from circumcision is around the glans at the coronal sulcus .
As regards your doubt about loss of sensation please look at the Muslim community who get circumcised in infancy and have no issue as far as sexual enjoyment is concerned .In facts it prolongs the intercourse and there by their female partners get more satisfaction and get orgasm every time they have sex.
Thanks and Regards.
