Question : last cycle was oct 12, went to the dr last night and My hcg levels are 235. no visual sac just thick uterus. dr said I'm having a miscarriage, or a ectopic pregnancy, can there be a chance I'm just early?"

You have just had one HCG level. It is not enough to decide whether the pregnancy is healthy or not.
One cannot see a intrauterine gestational sac at this level of HCG.
To clarify things you need to repeat HCG level after 48 hours. If the level has increased by 66% or more, it suggests healthy pregnancy.

well is this level of HCG normal? if I'm sopose to be 4 weeks?
