Question : When I squeeze my right boon and nipple barley any clear liquid comes out could this be part of ovulation

Any kind of breast discharge is not normal.
Sometimes it might occur due to - stress, anxiety, emotional disturbances, early pregnancy, late pregnancy, late nights, erratic eating, weight changes, unaccustomed exercise etc.
It is most commonly seen due to disturbances of the hormone - Prolactin.
Since how long have you been observing this discharge ?
It is best to have a measurement of Serum Prolactin and serum TSH ( thyroid hormone ) levels.
Please get that done.
