Question : I am 24 year old house wife. I got my period on XXXXXXX 5,my next period was on feb 2. This month i haven't got my period yet. I had dark brown spotting on march 8 with cramps. I had sex with my husband on feb 24. I did pregnancy test on 10 march and it was negative. Why din't i get my period ?

I understand your concerns about delayed periods.

Brown spotting what you experienced was your periods.

It is possible to have periods as spotting once in a while like this. Brownish spotting is due to little less endometrium being shed in a cycle. This is normal and dont worry about it.

This brownish spotting on 8th March was your period. There is no chance of pregnancy.
