Question : Hi, I've had (random) unprotected oral sex and the next day there were dark spots on the head of my penis. I am not very sexually active and I had a "weak moment", when my brain turned off and this happened with someone I practically don't know... So now I'm pretty worried, as you can imagine.
There isn't any other noticeable change, but I definitely feel a slight irritation. Maybe it's psychological or a coincidence, I don't know.
Could this be a symptom of something serious? Thank you very much for your answer.

Thank you, Dr.Basti.
I have uploaded some photos. I'm 30 with no other disease I know of. The incident took place Thursday night with the spots appearing Friday morning (I noticed them after waking up).

Other symptoms? I would have to say a mild irritation of the head of my penis on the first days, but only when I was driving my car.. The rest of Friday and Saturday I haven't noticed this irritation and I was hiking and being active all day. I only noticed it in the car, sitting down.

Today, I don't feel the irritation from the head, but I feel a slight itch in the groin area (+ randomly on different parts of my body - legs, back, chest), which wasn't there before, but that could be caused by my clothes / different shampoo / food / whatever..
I also feel some discomfort from my testicles.. Can't really explain, but I've felt that a couple of times already during my adult years, so I hope that's not connected to this problem. Cuold be caused by pulling or some tight underwear or loose underwear (testicles being knocked around freely ..) or something like that? But why didn't it show up sooner, if it's related? I'd rather not speculate..

I have a partner, but we are not really sexually active, as I wrote before. We only have protected contact and occasionally she gives me unprotected oral. However, I honestly can't say when was the last time that happened..

I haven't seen a doctor with this yet and I have tried no medication. What's your take on this, doctor?

Thank you veru much.
So, essentialy what you are saying is that I should wait until it passes, is that right?

Do I need any medication or treatment? Am I contagious? (think shared bathroom) Are any special precautions I should be taking? (think clothes, bedsheets,..)

What about STDs? Would there be any symptoms now?(a week since it happened) I think I should get checked out nevertheless, right?

Thank you for your help, doctor
