Question : I am 47 years old, and married. I have a regular menstrual cycle, and till last month, I didn't have any problem. However, this month, there is a delay of around 1 week, but the symptoms are not like before, I am worried whether it could be pregnancy

Just do a urine pregnancy test and in case negative then this delay is most probably age related perimenopausal transition which will resolve itself and eventually lead to menopause.
