Brief Answer:
Too much garlic is a possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Garlic or too much sodium can potentially cause upset stomach, dizziness is mainly a symptom of inner ear dysfunction.

In the other hand, dizziness may be related to sudden lowering of blood pressure, garlic is a well known remedy that lowers the blood pressure.

In my opinion, you shouldn't worry too much about this condition, it was probably too much garlic that caused your symptoms.

One thing to do is to measure your blood pressure in order to evaluate if lowering of blood pressure was the culprit or not.

If dizzy spells repeat, get evaluated by your primary care Doctor.

Greetings.
