My resting heart beat is 103bpm. What does this mean? I'm 21 years old and weigh 105. Should I be worried?

hello.
this is higher than it should be. normal resting heart rate is 50-80.
try and think of possible things which could be increasing your heart rate such as caffeine or stimulants.
if there is no obvious reason then you should see a doctor for an exam and to evaluate possible causes of this such as thyroid disease.
make sure you are drinking adequate fluids as well. dehydration can cause elevated heart rate.
