Brief Answer:
I will recommend you get evaluated by a physician!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. Pain in the lower left abdomen can be caused by conditions related to the ovaries, tubes, uterus, kidneys and colon. It would be very helpful to get a detailed exam to understand what the problem is and maybe follow up with investigations for appropriate diagnosis.

With a negative urine test, this is unlikely to have been caused by a bladder infection. Even if the antibiotics resolve this problem, there is certainly no way to tell what the exact disease was.

In all, get a follow up detailed evaluation for appropriate diagnosis and management.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
