Brief Answer:
HCG levels are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
At 5 weeks 4 days gestation your HCG levels are normal and are suggestive of a growing fetus inside. The internal septations can be present with a normal fetus. The irregular crenulated margins are worrisome as these can be associated with a missed abortion. It is best to get a repeat scan done after 2 weeks to monitor the growth of your baby.

Wishing you good health.

Are there symptoms for missed abortion

Brief Answer:
The fetal heart is detectable by 6 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
In case of a missed abortion a fetal heart is not detectable. In your case a repeat scan after a week can detect the growth. Right now the irregularcsacis a worrisome finding.
Regards.
