                                    Brief Answer:
Chances of cervical insufficiency are there.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM,
I can understand your concerns,
You have undergone LEAP procedure and you have miscarriage too, there is possibility of cervical incompetence( a pregnant woman's cervix begins to dilate (widen) and efface (thin) before her pregnancy has reached term).
It may cause miscarriage between 12-18weeks.
when did you have last miscarriage? Was it painless or not?
I advise that you should consult your gynecologist to confirm cervical incompetence and should discuss treatment by using cervical cerclage.
Hope it helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.

My miscarriage was july 2014, and the leap was octobor 2014. The miscarriage was only at my 4th week, but was also very painful. Can bed rest help this?

                                    Brief Answer:
tablet susten and bed rest will help.
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for late response.
Your miscarriage was before the LEAP procedure, it means, it was not because of cervical incompetence.
But after LEAP procedure, there is possibility of cervical insufficiency.
I advise that you should do bed rest, avoid heavy physical activity and also you should take tablet susten 200mg (prescription drug).it will help in sustaining pregnancy. consult your gynecologist.
Hope it helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
