What Does Lump On The Penile Shaft Indicate?

Question: I had a lump on my penile shaft started as a small number I squeezed it and it grew started to make one side of my penis swollen now sore and white puss have appeared been hurting and sensation tonite i squeezed the yellowish puss out the now open sore. is this staph infection or herpes or some thing else. I also have a lump by my public hair by my lower abs where my public hair starts on three same side as the lump or sore

The swellings may be due to lymph nodes enlargement due to the infection in penis.

It appears to be due to bacterial infection.Herpes simplex virus (HSV) has to be ruled out.You consult your doctor for oral antibiotics .

I am going to get tested tomorrow to rule out herpes, I have had one partner in recent history about 3 weeks ago used condom, I have no other lesions no symptoms besides feeling g small bump that grew now white yellowish puss started coming out
