Brief Answer:
YES - go for stress test

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There are no definite changes in the ECG to conclude damage. Some changes are suggestive of possible abnormality – and that can be excluded by stress test.
The position of the heart – as in deep breathing – may be responsible for inferior wall changes.
Also, the Mitral valve prolapse may be responsible ( it is common in many and there is no concern)

ECG is a pattern recognition / when in doubt, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT) Treadmill Exercise ECG (may be with thallium isotope). It is the ideal non-invasive way to evaluate ischemia / to assess the PHYSIOLOGY (function) – to see whether the blood arriving at the heart muscle.
If there is any suggestion, the next step is to see the ANATOMY (structure) – CT angio is non-invasive study for the anatomy… to directly ‘see’ the block, if any – and its location, extent, severity and so on. (Coronary arteriography is invasive)

The aim of any investigation is to modify the treatment, based on the result.
The treatment is appropriate

Brief Answer:
Nothing more to do

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Negative stress test is very reassuring… and practically excludes ischemic heart disease

Continue LIFE STYLE changes….
Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week… more days and more time is welcome…. Isometric exercise (like bull worker) is bad.
Eat healthy FOOD. Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / XXXXXXX sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.

Keep following up with your doctor – at least once an year

Regards
